HORECA Line

The HORECA Line is the line produced from select grapes. These wines are only sold in the HORECA channel, for tasting by the glass. They can, therefore, be found in the best restaurants.

Perlas

Nuragus di Cagliari DOC

Colour: light straw yellow with greenish glints.
Nose: fresh with delicate fruit.
Taste: delicate flavour, with pleasant acidity.
Grapes: 100% Nuragus.
Serving temperature: 10°-12°C.
Serve with: seafood, fine fish, appetisers and not strongly flavoured pasta dishes.

Prendas

Vermentino di Sardegna DOC

Colour: pale straw yellow with slight greenish glints.
Nose: intensely floral, fresh and fruity.
Taste: intense and persistent, acidic, with delicate and characteristic bitter notes at the finish.
Grapes: 100% Vermentino.
Serving temperature: 10°-12°C.
Serve with: seafood appetisers, grilles and stewed fish.

Rosada

Cannonau di Sardegna DOC Rosé

Colour: light pink.
Nose: delicate and elegant, with notes of cherry and strawberry.
Taste: it is refined on the palate, fruity but shows a good structure and persistence.
Grapes: 100% Cannonau.
Serving temperature: 12°C.
Serve with: great with cold cuts, salami, risotto and grilled white meats.

Arenada

Monica di Sardegna DOC

Colour: ruby red with violet hues, tending towards garnet red with ageing.
Nose: intense, long-lasting, ethereal, heady, with hints of raspberry and cherry.
Taste: warm, long-lasting, delicate herbaceous notes and the right amount of tannins.
Grapes: 90% Monica, 10% native red grapes.
Serving temperature: 18-20°C.
Serve with: thick soups, risotto, lean meat and medium-aged cheeses.

Anzenas

Cannonau di Sardegna DOC

Colour: deep ruby red with light garnet hues as it ages.
Nose: intense, long-lasting, ethereal, heady, with hints of forest fruits.
Taste: warm and enveloping, good body with the right amount of tannins.
Grapes: 90% Cannonau, 10% native red grapes.
Serving temperature: 18-20°C.
Serve with: roasts, game and mature cheeses.
